The Floodline® HLD Output Relay Panel is designed to integrate seamlessly with Andel’s award-winning Floodline® HLD leak detection control panel.
Offering up to 128 individually configurable output relays, the panel provides enhanced communication and control across zonal and SensorNet monitoring systems.
Ideal for installations where Modbus is not viable, the Floodline® HLD Relay Panel allows the Building Management System (BMS) and external devices to interact with leak detection zones via volt-free SPCO relays. Each relay can be assigned to activate on leak, system fault or both, with the ability to group multiple zones to a single relay.
Perfect for triggering remote alarms, solenoid or low-energy motorised isolation valves and alert systems, the panel supports both direct control and broader system integration.
Each Floodline® HLD Output Relay Panel features 4 card slots, supporting 32 relays per card for a total of 128 relays per panel.
Up to three panels can be daisy-chained together via RS485 SensorNet, providing a maximum capacity of 384 output relays.
Relay cards are fully addressable and configured via the Floodline® HLD Control Panel, with LED indicators for both relay status and power.
Each relay includes a pluggable terminal block with Common, Normally Open (NO), and Normally Closed (NC) terminals.
It is an expansion panel that integrates with the Floodline® HLD control panel to provide additional, individually configurable relay outputs for enhanced system control and communication.
Each panel supports up to 128 relays. With up to three panels daisy-chained together via RS485 SensorNet, the system can provide a maximum of 384 relays.
Relays can trigger remote alarms, solenoid or motorised isolation valves, BMS inputs or other external alert and control devices. They can activate on leak, fault conditions or both.
The Floodline® Output Relay Panel is ideal for installations where Modbus integration isn’t possible or practical, providing a volt-free SPCO relay interface for BMS or other third-party systems.
All relay cards are fully addressable and configured directly through the Floodline® HLD Control Panel. LED indicators show both relay status and power.
Each relay offers a volt-free SPCO output with Common, Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) terminals, rated at 24Vdc, 1 Amp.
The unit is housed in a robust, powder-coated steel enclosure and can be wall- or surface-mounted. It is powered by a universal 85-264Vac supply.
Yes – like all Floodline® leak detection products, it comes with Andel’s 10-year warranty at no additional cost.
