The Floodline® MultiZone Control Panel is a versatile and high‑performance leak detection solution engineered by Andel to cater to diverse leak monitoring demands across water, oil, and gas systems.

Available in 4, 8, and 16‑zone configurations, this wall‑mounted panel ensures continuous, reliable detection across multiple zones with enhanced user and installer experience.

The control panel can continuously monitor a network of multiple leak detection zones. With updated technology and enhanced installer and end-user functionality, MultiZone is a truly multi-functional and customisable control panel.

A zone can be anything from a single point to multiple water, oil and gas sensors and water and oil distance measuring sensors up to 1500 metres via Floodline Ranger®. The whole network is continually monitored for leaks and can also monitor humidity and temperature in any zone as required.

Zones are isolated from each other and individually displayed – so the system can accept and report any number of simultaneous or consecutive zone alarms delivering true multiple leak reporting. If an alarm is triggered in any zone, unaffected zones continue to provide full leak detection monitoring.

If one zone triggers an alarm, how does it affect the rest of the system? + -

Zones are electrically isolated and individually displayed. This ensures that if one zone triggers an alarm, all unaffected zones continue normal monitoring, and true multi-zone event reporting remains intact

How are alarms indicated and managed on the control panel? + -

Alarms are clearly communicated via flashing LEDs and an audible alert, which includes a mute function. Notifications remain displayed until the issue is resolved and the system is reset

Can the panel connect to external systems like BMS or shut-off devices? + -

Yes. The panel includes relay outputs — with volt-free contacts – that can integrate with remote alarms, BMS, beacons, or control peripherals like solenoid and motorised valves to isolate supply feeds during leak emergencies

What are the power and installation specifications of the panel? + -

The control panel uses 110/230 VAC mains power, typically consuming around 25W. It also includes support for 12 VDC internal power, with battery backup in some variants. The dimensions for the 4, 8, and 16‑zone panel are 292 mm (H) × 285 mm (W) × 90 mm (D) and it is wall or surface-mountable

What additional monitoring capabilities does the panel support? + -

Beyond leak detection, the system can monitor system faults (e.g., sensor or cable faults), power status (e.g., low battery, mains failure), and provides status indicators for power and fault conditions
