Andel has over 30 years’ experience in R&D, manufacture, design, supply, installation and after-sales support of leak detection and monitoring systems for all major industry sectors. Floodline® leak detection systems provide a sustainable and cost-effective early warning, allowing for a speedy response to protect natural resources, prevent damage, reduce disruption and limit loss.
Andel's Floodline® control panels monitor the extensive range of Floodline® leak detection and environmental monitoring sensors in multiple zones in any building. Water flow monitoring and motion sensor systems provide a sustainable water conservation solution, protecting natural resources, saving on water bills and earning BREEAM credits.
Floodline® is a leak detection system for water, gas and oil as well as for monitoring temperature and humidity. Installed in sensitive and critical areas within buildings, Floodline® has a proven track record for resilience and reliability and sets the benchmark for leak detection in the UK.
Floodline® systems are cost-effective and allow early action to be taken to significantly limit any damage, disruption and loss that might occur in the event of water, oil or gas leaks within buildings.
Floodline® is flexible and cost-effective, easy to install and maintain, easy to use and totally dependable.
Floodline® offers a comprehensive range of water, conductive liquid, oil and gas leak detection sensors plus temperature and humidity sensors for all locations within a building. Liquid leak sensors range from point sensors to up to 1500 metres distance measuring cable. Floodline® digital gas leak sensors can be calibrated to detect all refrigerant gases as well as other commercially used gases including ammonia, methane, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and natural gas.
All Floodline® leak detection sensors and monitoring equipment can connect to state-of-the-art, hybrid, multi-function control panels which are wall-mounted above floor level and easily accessible. It is also possible to have dedicated stand-alone systems such as for gas or liquid distance measuring. A single multi-function control is cost-effective to install, easy to maintain and easy to monitor. All Floodline® control panels provide complete BMS connectivity and email and SMS to remote monitoring via volt-free output relays.
Floodline® is a zonal-based leak detection system with a proven track record. All zones are electrically isolated from each other and in the event of an alarm activation or maintenance work, those zones unaffected will continue to provide full, continuous leak detection monitoring. The Ranger® system provides distance measuring up to 1500 metres for liquid leak detection and can operate as a zone or as a stand-alone system.
Choosing Floodline® means that all electronic intelligence is contained within a single, multi-function control panel, which is always located above floor level and fully accessible. With some other systems, electronic intelligence can be located at numerous locations and often under floor level and difficult to access. Ease of access reduces maintenance costs and minimises disruption to operations.
With Floodline®, the sensitivity of each zone can be adjusted to take into account the working environment and conditions for that zone, significantly reducing false alarms and avoiding unnecessary downtime.
Each zone can be equipped with any combination of leak detection and monitoring sensors and is able to detect and pinpoint any leak alarm location.
Floodline® control panels provide complete BMS connectivity via Modbus, email and SMS.
Floodline® systems allow additional zones, sensors and upgrades to be added easily and cost-effectively.
Floodline® systems can automatically isolate water, gas and oil supplies to any number of zones if an alarm is triggered. Each zone is electrically isolated and in the event of an alarm or maintenance work, unaffected zones continue to provide full and uninterrupted monitoring. Floodline® digital gas systems offer a range of interchangeable, off-the-shelf sensors and alarms. Bespoke, made‑to‑order sensors are also available for specific gases and specialist environments such as medical or fire suppressant.
Floodline® allows the sensitivity of each individual zone to be set to the requirements for that zone, significantly reducing the risk of false alarms and avoiding unnecessary downtime. Andel's Floodline® hybrid control panels deliver monitoring systems that connect to third-party sensors and report to a single, multifunction control panel, located above floor level and easily accessible.
Systems can cover all possible leak detection requirements, from single-zone to multi-zone and distance measuring, with the capability to protect the largest of buildings, old and new.
Floodline® is a flexible, future proof, zonal and distance measuring system, allowing additional zones, sensors and upgrades to be added easily and cost effectively. Hybrid, multifunction control panels provide complete BMS connectivity via Modbus and onward communication capabilities include Modbus, Ethernet, email and SMS.
Andel's Floodline® solution is a true hybrid and can report to a single integrated control panel. Floodline® covers all possible leak detection requirements, from single-zone to multi-zone and distance measuring systems, with the capability to protect the largest of buildings, both old and new.
Andel supplies a comprehensive range of leak detection and environmental monitoring products to protect any building, any size, old or new.
From state-of-the-art control and alarm panels to a range of water, oil and gas leak sensors, humidity and temperature sensors and accessories.
Floodline® digital gas leak sensors can detect the full range of commercially used gases including refrigerant, ammonia, methane, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and natural gas.
